The staff were super friendly, especially the chommies at the reception. big up to the housekeepers – they kept everything tidy and bright. Plus, the location was so lekker, just a stroll from all the buzz in the city!

The Executive Suite was spacious and well-appointed, with a decent amount of natural light streaming in. The hotel arranged a refrigerator for my medication promptly, which was a nice touch.

There was no designated area to park for offloading luggage, which made the arrival a hassle. The wireless internet connection was a letdown, frequently dropping and running slow enough to hinder communication. It would have been great to have a microwave in the room rather than relying on staff to heat food, and the lack of a laundry price list led to unnecessary calls. the ladies changing room could use a tidy-up, especially in the loo and bathroom area.

The hotel's location was perfect, just a short stroll from several shops and eateries, making it convenient for our family outings. the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home.
